About
Meredith has been along her own mindfulness journey, which started 18 years ago in my DBT class in my AM (U of Chicago equivalent of MSW). Since then she has maintained some level of mindfulness workshops, trainings, and ways to develop her own understanding of the role of mindfulness, in general and also in healing trauma, chronic stress and anxiety. While there isn't an agenda, Mindful Presence tends to increase a sense of well-being, and even control over our reactions.
