Mindfulness is a main part of many psychotherapies, and iafter an introduction to safety, it is where we begin our path From Wounds into Healing, Awareness into Embodied Presence. This transforms our overall health and well-being. We leave old, unhelpful narratives, patters and adaptive responses that get in the way of our access to mindfulness. And, a practice of mindful awareness is the way we stay present and notice and name what's coming up from moment to moment. That is where actual change occurs
